Direct General Insurance company told me there was a coverage issue. Apparently they were trying to deny the kid coverage. When they failed to find a reason to deny him, they blamed the accident on me saying it was my fault, though the police report said I was a zero percent not liable for the accident and that the kid was 100% liable for the accident due to reckless operation of a motor vehicle. It is my opinion that Direct General is a rip-off insurance company.
