There were a number of occasions like that where they were extremely quick and responsive...and always so nice and friendly. I'm really glad I went with them for auto and renter's insurance during my time in Athens, GA.

That would have been enough for repeat business, but when my car was recently hit by a drunk driver in Atlanta, they went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired with factory parts, that I had a rental car while my car was in the shop, and that I received the full loss of value for my car due to the accident. This was my first time actually coming to the physical building. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. State Farm is a solid company with reasonable prices most of the time. If you are bundling auto with homeowners the prices are definitely better than most.
