She was so sweet. Ive talked to her on several other occasions and she is always this way. Today was my first time speaking with Ms. Elouise. She was wonderful. I was crying, panicked, in a lot of pain and running on adrenaline when I talked to her. By the end of what was about an 8 minute conversation she had me calmed down. She was very patient and sweet as well. Mandi is another employee, I didn't speak to her concerning my wreck today but have talked to in the past, who is amazing at her job and just as kind as she can be. They won't work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. I had my SBA Targeted EIDL Advance & Supplemental Advance sent to my account. I had noticed later in the day that I showed a negative balance. I called the bank and they told me I had to speak with Carrie. Finally after getting her on the line. I asked her what happened to my money and she told me she sent it back to the Treasury. I asked why and she stated the names didn't match. I told her that I had been waiting months for this funding and she empathetic to it. I asked her why didn't the bank contact me about this? She said the bank doesn't have to. This is how much they care about their customers. She told me I had to have a biz. account to get my money. I told her I am a sole proprietor and I don't need a biz account. The bank could've worked with me and notified me to get a biz account set up and just put a hold on the money until an account was made.
