Unfortunately they wont let you give less than one star ... Horrible service, horrible customer service, stay away if you can because I can't the condominium that I live pretty much force us to have their horrible service. Already bought brand new router thinking that was the problem with the signal but NO Its the service. This is the worst company ever, I don't know how or why they are still in business. They overcharge for everything, they are 10x more expensive than Comcast, they even want to charge me $3.95 to send me a bill b/c I don't like e-billing. They want $453 to set me up with tv and internet service for my condo that unfortunately is stuck in a contract with them for the time being. I can't wait until that contract is over so the building can switch to anyone else! I am stuck paying them for the internet, I bought a Roku for tv service, I refuse to give direcpath anymore of my business and I don't know why anyone else would either! Stay away, nothing but charges, charges, charges and they don't even have anyone you can talk to in the U.S.! Why would anyone use them?! read more
