But Meza didn't have such a rule, so we stopped by there. Their outside area wasn't quite as nice, but the view of the river was great. I had a cocktail and a beer and my husband had a couple of beers. We saw a lot of groups eating, and the food looked good! But we really enjoyed our drinks on the patio.
