My dad usually gets no sugar in his Signature MT and one time we noticed that it wasn't so we brought it back for an adjustment and the employees apologized and happily made a new drink for him. The place is the the newest cool spot to grab drinks and a couple Macarons. Attracts a lot of the younger crowd so I can understand why they're so busy because they literally come in groups. This place does it right. The boba is soft & the tea is properly brewed. I first tried their product at the Thaitown location on Hollywood Blvd and they do good work over there too so glad this new location opened right down the street from my work. I will warn that the Yakult drinks are unbearably sweet so maybe stick to yogurt if you're looking for digestive-assistance. Otherwise the green tea & black tea are terrific & the golden boba adds a little sweetness without overwhelming (though last time I ordered they tasted like coffee. Not sure if that was a mistake or by design?). If not, crystal boba or aloe are great options for a little something extra in your favorite chilled drink. I've been to a few Ding Teas, and this is by far my favorite one when it comes to the Monster Boba Latte. If you like milky drinks and aren't sure what to get, try it! And if you think it has caffeine because it has the word "latte" in it, it doesn't, or I'm pretty sure it doesn't, because I can fall asleep even if I drink it late at night. Again, I've tried other Monster Boba Lattes at different locations and they don't compare. Finally a good boba place in Eagle Rock. I've always been a fan of Ding Tea although different location varies in quality. This place seems to be new to the area, it still lacks in efficiency in putting out orders and getting orders to customers in a timely manner. There had to be 6-7 workers behind the counter making drinks, which they got it down pretty fast, but a lot of drinks ended up sitting at the pick up counter and not to the customers. I saw a lot of customers standing and waiting while their order has been sitting there for awhile including myself. The drink quality is still great though. Love that there are sugar customization options. I'm surprised how few let you decide how much added sugar you want in your milk tea or any teas. I can't add sugar to my milk tea and they are super accommodating when possible or suggest better options. They also have Crystal boba which is perfect. A very welcome addition the now not so boring selection of boba in the eagle rock area. The consistency of the drinks has been pretty good in my experience here and does not seem to disappoint my family and friends in the area as well. Service is courteous and friendly and the turn around isn't half bad either with a bigger work station and staff than I'm used to seeing. My only problem is parking is difficult on the weekend so I often find myself walking from my family's house or parking around the corner in the school/residential area.
