Then your Notice of withdrawal of attorney on record 10/31/2025. This should have been at the very least seen when you guys filed the notice of withdrawal. The issue is not the fee, it's the lack of attention. My mom had no issue paying the initial fee if it was told timely or added to the initial retention fee. The issue is that when she called for clarification she was told to calm down and that she is no longer represented. It's just good practice to keep up with the docket, don't overlook potential fees your client might face. Lucky she was able to pay them right away. She was told, you can make payment plans, but that was not the issue.. again. It's the communication. But thanks for the reply.
