Well, this one was 100% as bad as the worst things you have heard. It was a nightmare. The pain was insane, and in addition to the pain, there is a sensation of suffocation from the rubber dam that is placed over your mouth. From what I have learned, Helene Fiig did several things wrong in my treatment. First, she rushed through the treatment (it was the end of the day before the weekend, and she was behind schedule) This makes it much more likely that the treatment will fail, and mine did fail. Second, she treated an active infection, which is always more painful for the patient. Besides these two things, she was also extremely rude to me, and didn't believe me when I told her I could still feel pain. As I mentioned, the treatment failed, so now I have to get a second root canal done on the same tooth. This time I will see a specialist - an endodontist - and if you have the ability I strongly, strongly recommend you do the same. A root canal is a complicated, difficult and risky procedure which must be done by a specialist. You would never let your regular doctor perform heart surgery on you! Don't make the same painful and expensive mistake I did.

Waiting room is clean, modern, bit feminine style of decoration. Very helpful stuff, informative, speaking English and Danish. Except high price which seems normal in Denmark (Many Danes fix their teeth in Sweden), everything was fine. Dr. Pernille was exceptional!!!! PS - if you have partner with you, they will offer coffee ;)

I always see the dentist named Ragnhild Kirkegaard when I come here. I've been here a few times…read morenow, and I am always satisfied when I leave. Ragnhild is a very experienced dentist (I believe she told me 25 years) and all the times I've been here she has correctly guessed what my issue is before even checking my teeth. She got skills! :P She is very professional and really informative. She has always given me a little sample of either toothpaste or different types of floss when I leave, which I like as I get to test out the products she mentions to me. I've been to many different dentist in my life, many of which I've felt have ripped me off with making me get procedures I never needed to get money out of me. This place doesn't make me feel like that and I feel safe in their hands that they are offering me only the procedures that I need. Definitely recommend!

rewind to march 2011. i'm riding my bike into centrum around 9pm on friday to meet up with some…read morefriends for a beer. a drunk guy crashes his bike into mine as i'm passing him on the cyclepath. he leaves the scene without a scratch while i have a chipped front tooth, a bruised and bloody chin, and a twisted ankle. ): i wore braces for 5 years through middle and high school, so you can imagine i was more than pissed after i limped home and discovered my tooth was broken. images of a grandma-ish silver or gold tooth corner flew through my mind. nooo! luckily my friend recommended this dentist to me. the facilities are modern and everyone i met here is friendly. svetlana spoke great english and did a great job fitting me with a new corner. i can't even see it myself until i look very closely; there are some days i even forget it ever happened. (:
