I called to make the appointment and was barely able to with my broken and limited French. She agreed to take our princess Truffles the next day so with a bit of jitters (since it was our first time) we took her in. It's located in the heart of Avignon, close to the Palace of Popes, restaurants, and a ton of souvenir shops. The shop is small and clean and the grooming area is in plain view which was great. The female groomer/owner listened and watched as I explained with gestures what I wanted. Then she told me to come back in 1 1/2 hours. Needless to say, 90 minutes later out walked the prettiest shih tzu with a pompom on her head. We were more than pleased with her cut. Service, value, and cost = 5 stars!
