I had a very advanced Facial Rejuvenation Facelift Technique called the Composite Deep Plane Facelift. What intrigued me to Dr. Freschi's practice was the fact that he is highly trained in this procedure with years of experience performing it and is now teaching this type of facelift to other Plastic Surgeons from around the world. The Deep Plane Composite Facelift goes deeper into the facial anatomy than the traditional facelift technique known as the SMAS Facelift done by most plastic surgeons. Currently, there are only about 30 or 40 Plastic Surgeons in the entire World that perform this much longer lasting more natural youthful looking Facelift called the Composite Deep Plane Facelift. In the USA to have this same type of facelift procedure done, by one of the few surgeons there that do it, it would have cost me over double the price of what Dr. Freschi charged me.  Its been one week since my Facelift with fat transfer to the periorbital Eye area and to my nose bridge area (instead of a nose job). In July 2021 I requested an appointment with the doctor which was given to me in September of the same year, during the appointment the doctor was courteous and told me that in the next week he was going to send me the details of what was going to be discussed and the agreed price (which never happened which made me strange but later I found out why he didn't send this information to me or my sister who also had an appointment with him) The doctor during the appointment told me to contact his office that they were going to give me the date of my appointment and that they always had cancellations, his office gave the surgery date for May 16, 2023, hopeful of what the doctor told him He told me to call monthly and I wrote emails and whatsapp texts to which none were answered... Six weeks before the surgery, the secretary Eliana Kase sent me an email with the details of the surgery, stay, etc., and the price of the surgery appeared doubled and with some stipulations and extra prices in addition to the increase in the operation. I felt in a disadvantaged position for which I had to copy the doctor in the emails to explain to me what had happened since I had not received any response to my previous emails that this was going to happen, they also told me that the surgery had to be paid in cash to an account in the US as a transfer, which also makes me doubt that this office is paying taxes in Argentina for inquiries that were more than 300 dollars since they do not give you a payment receipt The doctor never responded to me and the secretary never took the hint, I see that this fact is constant in other reviews of the same doctor and he says that he does not recognize the patient as his but here is the email that I sent to his office with no response Do not be fooled as this says a lot about the doctor's ethics and consideration for his patients, he is not a person who empathizes or cares about his patients as he makes you believe on social networks, do not waste your time or money
