Kiona contacted me ahead of time to talk about what I wanted; she showed up at the venue early and got her stuff set up; she recorded the event with two cameras; she was unobtrusive in getting the recording but still managed to get all the people and events. Although I had only asked for raw footage, she edited together coverage from the two cameras into a very professional looking video. And lastly, she delivered the link to the video on the 6th day after my event. I don't know what else she could have done. I am a very happy customer!
