I am excited to say that all the stains except one major one came up and my carpets look like new again. It did not take long for the two to get the job done. I was told to just unplug cables, cords and they would move the big stuff and clean the carpet under the couch/coffee table etc... The traffic areas were poorly done and the furniture had not been moved and overall a bad job and we were charged 134.00 over the quote. So I complained and they sent out a different crew and they did a great job. So if at first you don't succeed try try again. I will use them again.
