I received some appalling customer service at Digitech. The man at the counter was unbelievably curt and dismissive, and totally unwilling to help without explaining why. I needed help with some software, which crashed my PC every time it loaded. I told the man at the counter my problem, to which he shook his head, without making eye contact, and refused to help, saying only, I don't know anything about that. I asked if a colleague might know. The software man gets in at 4.30. Well, might he be able to help, I asked. You want to be charged £75 an hour? He then asked, incredibly aggressively. I replied I'd just like him to have a look while I stand by and tell me if he thinks it's fixable, and of course I'll pay for however long it takes. Go. You're wasting your time, he said, turning round and going into the back room. I almost couldn't believe the rudeness it was like I'd brought the plague into his shop.
