Eventually the girl who was working the register offered assistance. Turns out she was in training, which must be why she was being helpful. Hasn't picked up the missing customer service skills of the others. Since she was new she needed assistance to see if they had the one I wanted in stock. So she flagged down one the third guy who was supposed to come back earlier. I told them what I wanted and they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Or the one on the display stand next to it. So I waited forever for nothing. And this is why brick and mother stores are going out of business and people use Amazon.
