My Canon 7d Mk II was broken and not functioning after my flight to Merida, but Patty and the team at Digicentro went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and fix it within 24 hours. What was more amazing was that they managed to help me so quickly and return the camera the week of Christmas, with an easy pickup the day of Christmas Eve! I was impressed by their dedication, expertise, generosity, and professionalism. For future visits to Merida, I plan to visit this Digicentro location for all my Canon needs as the team is great and the selection of products is excellent. read more
