Instead of taking responsibility for their contractor's negligence, management tried to hold me liable for the building damage and even threatened eviction (although all rents are paid in full and on time). Despite mold growth and unsafe living conditions afterward, they failed to relocate my family promptly. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend renting here.

Literally saw Alex ( assistant manager) planting beautiful flowers in the front of the building , it's not Alex without him doing something. They are very hard working, friendly people in the office so please note i will personally throw coffee on you. Did i mention that they have a Starbucks coffee machine in the longe, its so cool it's kinda limited but still has good stuff. Events are a must to join, they had this Halloween screened hocus pocus and had ( store bought) food, speaking of food they sometimes have snacks in the front office. Cool vale garbage, I mean who wouldn't like not someone else throwing you trash ( they don't throw away larger items like Tvs though will have to do yourself). A bit small on the dog park but its still good, they have designated doggie poop bags all over ( please pick up after your pets). Friendly residents, cool mailboxes/ parcels for packages. Again I'm so happy to live here and to have met some kind folks that have warmed my heart and gotten me talking more. The longe is open 24/hours ( sometimes), amazing pool, a small gym but it has a nice space for kids to hand out aswell the playground that's always kept up to date. Worst move in experience ever. There is mildew around the tubs, mold in the ac vent, broken window,…read moreleaking window, broken light fixtures and other security issues. Then the maintenance staff told the office they completed repairs when I work from home and they didn't step foot in the apartment. Do any of these items look fixed to anyone else? The mold was shipped off to a reputable company for testing and management refuses to acknowledge it. Do not move here for the health and safety of yourself, your family and your animals.
