It doesn't necessarily feel like a bar or a restaurant, more like a coffee shop/deli. But the beers were incredible and we loved trying all the fresh meat and cheeses on the charcuterie board. This is a review of the Panek office in Kaunas, Lihuania. I…read morewas warned about Panek and did not listen. I rented a car using RyanAir. I called the Panek office to inquire about the car insurance, and they offered me a lower price if I would cancel my reservation with Ryanair and get it straight with them. They provided a price with zero liability insurance and no extra fees, all included. Upon picking up the car, they wanted to charge me a different price telling me that I provided them with the wrong dates. I showed them my confirmation email, and after 30 minutes discussion, they agreed to charge me the agreed price. Then they tried to charge me an extra €20 fee for late delivery, which I refused to pay. Then they offered me an "upgrade," and their upgrade was a lower class car. After a long process, I was able to take the car out for the agreed price. Then throughout the rental period, they kept me sending me emails, telling me that they should have charged me more and how I was incorrect about the price we agreed. Then I delivered the car on time, clean and with a full tank. Three days later, they charged me an extra €50 out of the blue. I sent them an email to them complaining, and they sent me pictures of animal hair and stain on the car and told me they would charge me another €350 in fees. Luckily, I took photos of the vehicle before returning, and I caught their setup. There was no hair or stain on the car as I took the car to the car wash before returning it. YES, I filled up the talk and washed the car before returning, and they threw animal hair and water on the seats to charge me extra money. Good luck if you choose this company, you will need it.
