We contacted doa and they responded quickly asking us numerous questions about our situation and the type of cat we wanted. We then scheduled an appointment to go to view the cats. The staff were super friendly and found the perfect feline for us. We ended up taking home two 3 month old kittens. They came chipped, dewormed, deflead, neutered and vaccinated. The staff also gave us a couple of their favorite toys and blanket along with a good few days worth of food. We are really pleased and happy that we came to doa.

The staff are friendly and professional, they use good quality food and the update they give you on how your pet has been during their stay suggests that they get enough personal attention. The only drawback is it can get a bit busy and noisy in the waiting area, especially during summer holidays and around Christmas. For nervous animals it might be a little traumatic. Ours always seems happy and healthy when we get her home though.
