Never ever send your animals to this place. The first time the dog came back he was Half his size. He lost that much weight. They never rang to tell the owners. Giving them the benefit of the doubt he stayed there again. Giving them his meds and special food. With written instructions. He lost 3kg (small dog) and more than half of his medication was returned. They never gave him his life saving meds!!! An emergency vet came round after they had dropped him off home, and the dog had to go into hospital. He is still recovering. Yesterday they didn't even know if he would make it! The vet called it torture. Please please never send your animals to Marcodia's. Reading all the other reviews, I wonder why they are still running this business. They should be shut down and prosecuted. read more

DON'T LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE. We picked up our dog and noticed immediately how skinny he was. He lost almost 1kg in 2 weeks. He has a terrible stomach bug and has been pooping blood. I gave specific instructions for his food with plenty extra. He is constantly drinking water (which he barely drank water before). He is not himself, he is a different dog. If you write to them during the dogs stay, their reply is a LIE. The very first time my dog stayed there our friends dog was also there at the same time and they told us that they have been playing together - BUT they do not get along at all! bullshi*. This hotel is not transparent at all, god knows what happens behind those closed doors. There are other places for your dog to stay, please take this advise and keep your loved one away from this terrible place. read more
