Will not do business with them again. From the moment he arrived, the old guy seemed to not want to…read morework and made comments about how hard it would be to remove the flange, how long it would take, etc. Like we had a choice since he'd already removed the toilet, and it was sitting in the middle of the bathroom. So he replaced the flange and re-set the toilet after I pointed out it had to be done. I asked him--for the third time--about replacing the shut-off valve since it was corroded. He finally told me he didn't have a valve on his truck, he'd have to go get one, and it would cost me for the time to drive across town to do that. I said, "I would think you'd come prepared for something standard like that..." and he didn't reply. Thirty minutes after he left, my husband got home and saw that he hadn't caulked around the re-set toilet. We called them and they agreed that that was standard procedure--but if they came back, it would cost us another minimum hour of labor--for 10 minutes' of work that he should have done when he was there. And they were very defensive about his overall behavior. We've used them in the past, as have other family members, but it's been many years. Apparently, things have changed. We'll be looking for another plumber.

From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful, and extremely thorough in their work. They took the time to ensure everything was done correctly, paid close attention to detail, and left the work area spotless when the job was complete. What stood out most was that they didn't leave until they felt they had done their very best and were confident the job was completed properly. It's refreshing to find a company that takes such pride in its work. I highly recommend Servis Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumbers.

What I really appreciate is how they take the time to explain what's going on. No rushed jobs, no vague answers. They're my go-to for anything plumbing-related, and I'd definitely recommend them--especially if you're a first-time homeowner trying to figure out who you can trust. Took time to understand the situation (really slow water pressure in one bathroom and small drip that sounded like a leak). They replaced 3 bathtub drains that were corroded, fixed the issue with the water pressure and found what the drip was without putting holes in the ceiling below the bathtub (which was a plus). All works great and am very satisfied. Would recommend Farrell Plumbing & Cooling as a great option for those in the valley. p.s. They were recommended by a coworker for whom they had recently done some repairs. Since they were happy with the work and my prior plumber is no longer in business, I needed to find someone reputable. Will definitely use them again.
