It's is extremely disrespectful to leave flags laying on the ground. Her blatant disregard and respect when I've called her office is unfathomable. We purchased a house from Steven Mueller, one of the agents at Broadmoor. The property that Steven…read morewas selling was a flip. After we moved in, we discovered that not only the person who flipped the home cut a lot of corners, but installations were done improperly to such an extent that they should have never passed inspection. For example, there was no hot mop under the tiles in the showers; instead of having the debris carried away, it was buried in the backyard (for all we know, under our grass there could be asbestos or lead;) and every upgrade that we set out to do, had run into structural problems, foundational issues that were caused during the flip by cutting corners. Broadmoor Realty is aware of these problems and they claim that their agents are only responsible for a "visual inspection"of the properties they sell, and they do not need to know anything about what's behind the tiles or under the floors. We beg to differ. We believe that a good agent surely would familiarize himself with the details of a home that he is selling to people. We believe that Stephen was either aware of the inadequacies of the property and did not disclose them to us, or if he was not aware of them, that he is not an agent to be recommended for our community.
