Great hotel in a beautiful area with very good pricing. Huge space with a water park, bowling…read morealley, spa, pool, salon, disco, Italian restaurant, and other amenities. Rooms were very large (was a pleasant surprise here in Europe)! Only gripe was that the beds were not very comfortable, but the bedrooms and views than made up for it- our balcony was simply lovely. Food was excellent- every meal was fresh and well-made with a varied selection. Service was very friendly and courteous. Hotel is really very lovely. On a side note, the other guests at the hotel seemed to mainly be small-town, dare I say hillbilly (no offense intended) Germans that seemed very different from the people in Cologne. I noticed it because I usually stay at hotels in cities so was not used to this crowd. At least during my stay there, the hotel seemed to draw a certain type of crowd that loved to drink excessively and behaved a bit boorishly. Was just a curious observation, but not meant as a negative. Anyways would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful quiet weekend!

We first check into the hotel, the hotel is quite large it's at least 400 or 500 rooms. There's full bar and club, buffets, swimming pools, bowling alleys, and etc. I dont think there's anything missing from the resort. We went to our rooms and was pretty surprised to find the rooms aren't really properly cleaned; there were a lot of dust bunnies hanging around the corners and also parts of the wall. My uncle (he's general manager of a small 4 star hotel in Netherlands) worked in the same business, so he complained about to the people at the front desk. After talking to the cleaning ladies, they promised us that they will go through the rooms and properly clean the rooms. But after a full day's of skiing we came back to find the rooms were cleaned but the same dust bunnies were hanging around the corners. Every dinner and breakfast they run a buffet. Because of our rooms, we get assigned seating for the dining. Food is quite nice The food choices at the buffett is quite nice, each day is slightly different I would goto the food and grab everything that looks kinda good. There's everything from roast beef, fries, fish, deserts of all sorts. and etc. Breakfast menu is also just as vass. ------ + Pro: Big Hotel Resort - Con: Not the cleanest hotel around ( @_o)k Overall: Decent hotel resort.
