Or boxes, envelopes and bubble wrap for your mailing needs. My attendant spoke a little English (they can be a hit or miss, not a problem if you are fluent but for bad German speakers like me - use your Google translate or improvise) so I was able to make do w my poor German and Denglish (DE and EN). He even advised me his recommended route on shipping mail to the US bc one letter weighed much more and he felt the "A Post" (standard) was much more costlier than Economy and he even said using the "A Post" option in that situation would be quite expensive. I appreciated his money saving tip and I went along with it. What else do you want more! So good it hurts!

I'd been using it daily for almost two weeks and I wasn't anywhere close to my limit, and my issuer knew I was out of the country. I reluctantly stepped out of line and called my card company, who assured me no transactions had been declined, so I had to pull another number (as the clerk wasn't paying attention to the fact I'd stepped back up to resume my transaction after the call). I waited patiently for my 2nd turn at the counter, tried my card again, and it still didnt' work. It was at that point the clerk told me they only take debit cards, not credit cards. I was able to complete my purchase using my bank card, but wish it hadn't taken so long to figure out the problem. My cards were mailed and made it to their recipients back home though, and that's what was most important to me overall.

The staff were super friendly in sorting out my situation with not having a real return address. They sell shipping supplies like tape and foldable packing boxes here for very reasonable prices too. In addition, it contains a convenience store, which is super common in Europe, selling general lifestyle items like travel sized toothpaste, chargers, gift cards, and even mobile phones! It is a post office, and pretty busy, so as usual it's good to have a little patience. A little courtesy goes a long way in the logistics business!

I found the service fine and dandy, even if I didn't like that my request auf ziemlich gutes Deutsch for postage on postcards bound for both the UK and US seemed to be the green light for postal dude to switch to English. I responded in German to his repeated attempts at English and we seemed to get along just fine!
