If you are contemplating cycling in Europe and your agent offers you a tour with Weinradal, I strongly suggest you seek another option unless you can speak German. Despite me purchasing a tour that would be guided in German and English, the guides were bilingual but chose to not do any guiding in English for the first two days, leaving me in the dark, until I had to complain back to Australia, and then it was only sporadic. Prior to me complaining, they told me that it was a German tour so the guiding would only be in German and I should just try to get a partial refund from my agent when I got home to Australia. They just treated me as a second-class citizen, despite the best efforts of my agents at home. It ruined an otherwise good trip, where the itinerary, accommodation and bikes were good but the staff ruined the experience for me.
