There was a small kiosk for Anita's Bakery set up at a corner of the food court of Chong Hua Hospital in Mandaue City, Cebu. They did not have a lot for sale, but what they did have available for sale was really tasty. She bought an assortment of baked and packaged goods made by Anita's Bake Shop. My personal favorites were the Cheesy Bread, Ube Ensymada, Torta, Regular Ensaymada, and Spanish Bread. They bake the Spanish Bread fresh!! They have a little oven at their kiosk.
