Being new…read moreto the area 12 months ago and following the birth of my baby, I was in desperate need of finding a hair salon to fix me up. Being a bleached blonde with damaged hair, I'll admit I'm not the easiest client. But quite frankly a visit to the hairdressers used to give me the shakes, nobody could seem to get my hair the shade of ash blonde I desired, and the long hair I craved went up in smoke as it would be snapped away. And then by miracle Toni K became the only salon I knew close to my home. Twelve months later I am a devoted client; making my way to the salon every six weeks to pamper myself with a cut, colour and treatment. My hair is now half way down my back with not a tint of brassy blonde. I've never been one to enjoy the banter of forced conversation between hairdresser and client, but the atmosphere of the salon combined with the genuine chit chat between hairdressers, Toni K himself and clients alike gives the salon an olden day barber shop feel with all the modern trimmings of a modern salon. I simply can't speak more highly of the results I've received. Every time I leave I feel like a million dollars, ecstatic at my cut, colour and the price I've paid for it all. If you decide to book an appointment, Astin is a tried and tested professional. She is respectful about what you want and is able to pull it off with perfection. And if you're a guy, the girls can look after you just as well, but you might want to test out Toni K; I've seen him work his magic on quite a few fellas who are obviously regulars, and all I can is the man certainly deserves a self titled hair salon.

I guess i'd be an angry old fuck if i was 50 and still a hair dresser too. DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR DRESSER. so rude. Thankfully Hoopla take client relations to whole new level! My appointment started out with Brianna discussing what I did and didn't like about my hair and issues I'd previously had with my hair. We flicked through Pinterest to confirm that why I wanted was what I was actually describing. Always an added bonus! After the initial consult the staff will slip you a sneaky quote for the services.There's no hidden charges and it's all laid out in the table for you. A pleasant surprise rather than the usual heart when it comes time to pay. The whole time your in the chair there's a constant supply of quality coffee. There's no Nescafé blend 23 happening here! The team here are extremely supportive of one another. With two apprentices on site the senior stylists are constantly pulling the younger tram members around to lend a hand and learn new techniques and skills. A great change from the usual sweeping of hair and making cups of tea. I was exceptionally happy with the great service I received! Can't wait to come back for me!
