I will 100% recommend this business! I was in limbo with filing my tax returns; had waited until the last minute and owed a substantial amount. Jaime was able to schedule me in last minute, and after hours to accommodate my availability. He was extremely patient, professional, and transparent. I was able to walk away extremely happy with the results of my taxes. Will definitely be returning! read more

Me and my partner went in for a walk-in. We were able to be helped immediately by Carlos. He did a great job at helping the both of us filing our taxes, helping us get our max return. This is my third year coming here. I didn't come last year and I regret it! Def coming back to Carlos next year. read more

The worst, Adrian Diaz did out taxes but did not filled them with the IRS. After receiving letters from the IRS we started going back and forth to his office. He never showed up to us, he said all different stories, that mi social security did not match, that he filled them late it was like in october because we did not paid him. After showing the bank statement that we had paid him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ANY BUSINESS. We lost time by going back and forth to the IRS offices. read more

I have been with Diaz enterprises for 5 years now and since moving to the IE having to drive to Santa Ana was a long drive the Corona location was just what I needed and Jaime took care of all our tax needs will recommend read more

I've been a loyal customer for years, often driving to their Santa Ana office, so I was thrilled when they opened a new location in Corona! Their service is always impressive. I usually work with Edgar, but this time, Jaime Ramirez assisted me, and he was wonderful! I'm looking forward to my next visit! read more

Disappointed with them . Had us wait for 2 hours because he was still in riverside . There was about 2 other customers waiting for him . Disappointed by the unprofessionalism , we gave them the benefit of the doubt but they did the same thing the next year, so we won't be using them anymore , and we won't be recommending them to anyone . Stay away unless you want to waste your day off work and wait in lobby for 2-3 hours . read more

First time here and I am beyond satisfied with my experience at this tax office. To start, the front office staff provided exceptional customer service. They are quick to have you seen by one of their tax preparers. I was seen by Carlos and I am truly thankful to have been helped by him. He was very professional and full of knowledge therefore all my questions were answered . I will be back next year and will be recommending all my family to come here as well. read more

First update: I finally heard back from Edgar, it did take having to copy Adrian on the email and leaving this review. None the less I now know the status of my tax returns which is significantly better than being in the dark. I fully understand it's tax season and they're busy but please set the right expectations and let your client know it will take 2-3 weeks to complete their taxes, don't tell them it will be 2 days for a return call and then not communicate for 2 weeks. So here I am, Tuesday 4/23 (almost 3 weeks later) and finding out 1 file wouldn't open via email, and providing an additional piece of information Edgar was missing from me. I'm still hopeful this will all work out but the response I received on this review about not being prepared with my info is kinda BS and leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth. I came with everything they asked me to (when I set up the original appointment) end even told them a 1 hour appt was not going to be enough. During my appointment I wasn't told I was missing anything and even came with last 5 years of my taxes and every possible document needed. I'm originally from Nor Cal and a very loyal client. I was trying to find a new great tax person here locally, but communication, trust and integrity are a must for me. ::sigh:: read more

Adrian Diaz has been "my tax guy" for over 11 years and he's the best at what he does. Always there to answer questions and a straight shooter. His expertise is appreciated. read more

I couldn't be happier with our tax guy Edgar! Me and my husband have been coming here for 18 years. My in laws and other family members go here too! Edgar is the man! Always quick and easy process, we never have to worry about anything! Thank you Edgar and Diaz Enterprises for helping us and my family all these years!!! read more

Service 10/10, Adrian answered all my questions, very professional has a lot of knowledge

First of all Edgar is really great but the reason for the 1 star is the gentlemen in the front he is so rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. Also doesn't seem to know any information and just guesses. You really need to work on customer service and speak to people. Us customers are the reasons your bills are getting paid. I did not appreciate you yelling at my mother over the phone. I really hope you were having a bad day or get whatever help you need to improve on yourself. Shame on you. Please be careful when calling into the office and don't expect great customer service on the phone. read more

Go see Adrian, Margarita, Edgar or Carlos they are the best tax team in Santa Ana. I have done my taxes with all of them over the years I have yet to try don Luis. This is the office I did my first income tax since I was 16, I am now 31 and this place is still here. Adrian treated me like family, him and his mom that also works there and even hooks me up if I bring him a new client. He does my sisters taxes and would not go anywhere else. The prices have gone up over the years, but the value is still affordable. Thank you for all your help through the years! read more

Margarita has done my taxes for over 15 years very professional & pleasant to work with & so helpful

I have been getting my taxes done here for two years now and I highly recommend it. Tax preparers are very welcoming and efficient. Adrian has been super helpful, very diligent, and has made it quick and simple for me to get my refund. Very happy with their services :). read more

They are the best tax preparers in the business. I have been doing my taxes for more than 10 years with Edgar Diaz. Great customer service and fair pricing. Do not go to H&R Block! Highly recommended! read more

Margarita is amazing! She's not just a tax consultant, she helps you with any questions throughout the year.

Great customer service, the gentleman called Carlos was very professional and straightforward. He paid attention to every detail and looked very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Definitely returning here. I will recommend this to anyone trying to get there taxes done. Very efficient and affordable read more

I don't even know where to start. Edgar has been doing my taxes for a couple years already and he really does make the effort to do whats in my best interest. It's so comforting knowing they've been around for almost 50 years always putting their customers first and truly making their clients feel like family. Diaz Enterprises, thank you so much. read more

Quality of cars are very good. Great pre and post sale service! Found also they are very honest in their dealings with you. And thst is of utmost importance to me. Highly recommend! read more

I have been coming here since 1992 and have never been done wrong, as they know what they do. Everyone is always friendly, but the big guy (sorry to put it that way) up on the front has always been very short and rough around the edges. Truth is, he can be nice. My only complaint would be that they run behind all the time - even if you have an appointment. Yes, it's tax season and they can get busy. The thing here is they should not schedule people for an appointment if they are not going to arrive to the office on time; this puts all the appointments behind. Can be frustrating. read more

If you want to get your taxes done right this is the spot! Always friendly and professional. Adrian has exceptional customer service. I have been doing my taxes with him for 5 years now. I highly recommend this place! read more

Great personalized service. I always see Edgar Diaz for my taxes. He is thorough, he files it electronically, and I know how much I will be getting back by the end of my appointment. He takes a personal interest in you, too. My only complaint is the parking lot in the back is too small and you have to find street parking. Other than that, I highly recommend Diaz Enterprises. They don't charge a huge fee to do your taxes, either. read more

Love my Tax guy Adrian Diaz! He's been my tax guy for over 10 years now. He's always professional & extremely knowledgeable about tax laws. He is my tax guy for life. Thanks Adrian! Can't thank you enough for helping me reduce the stress of filing taxes. read more

Adrian was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain us all we needed to know about our taxes. Made us feel good and we will definitely will go back next year. The man at reception was actually rude, that is the reason o don't give 5 starts to this place. read more

They will eventually get to your taxes. If you make an appointment be ready to wait. I had an appointment scheduled for a while so I check in, mind you there is only one other person in the waiting room and is already being helped. They have at least 3 CPA's at their Santa Ana location. I chose Edgar to do my taxes. Now I have had my appointment scheduled for a while, I waited over 2 hours and Edgar was still not in the building. I can understand why someone would take appointments if you don't plan on seeing clients who book the appointments. If you have no plans on coming into work, do not book clients. It is rude to waste people's time. With this current climate, covid19, you should not have clients filling up a waiting room because you can't make it into work. If you need to stay home with your family and can't come to work, fine. Don't take appointments. This has been the worst experience, I would never EVER recommend this place. Perhaps they should have a zero star option? read more

Honest and trustworthy I have been doing my taxes with this company for the last 13 years.

Margarita does my taxes and she is the best. Sweetest lady ever... Been going here for years. read more

My mom has been going to this place for several years. This is the only place I have ever gone to do my taxes. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years. I have been seeing Adrian for my taxes he's helped me with some IRS letters and helped resolve some issues with the IRS. However this time I made an appointment to see his brother Edgar. So hopefully he is as good as his brother Adrian! :) Overall my experience has been great! The only complaint I would have is the wait. I don't know if last year they had a mix up in the schedule but I had to wait for Adrian for over an hour. I sat there and waited and watched everyone come in and out. Finally someone asked if I had been helped and I told them "I checked in with so and so.....and told them I had an appointment with Adrian over an hour ago." Adrian came out and called me back to his office, he apologized and we just went about to doing my taxes. Adrian is good at what he does and he answers any questions or concerns you have. I highly recommend going to Diaz Enterprises. Everyone there knows what they are doing and has a friendly smile on their face! I tell everyone to go there and do their taxes!!! ****OK, So I saw Edgar yesterday.....I was glad I had him do my taxes! My boyfriend and I went last night to do our taxes, He was so helpful and kind. Very patient and very detailed! He double checked and asked if we had any more deductions to make sure we were claiming everything to get our maximum refund!! He never rushed us out the door or looked at his watch. So now I changed my Star rating!!! Now I understand why i waited so long last year to see Adrian. These gentlemen are so helpful and even if you have an appointment it is so worth the wait. So don't feel like they are ignoring you or taking longer with the other appointment in front of you, it's because they are so detailed and make sure that they help you get a maximum tax refund!!! I changed Brothers this year and I think it was a good idea! (no offense Adrian) Edgar is amazing at what he does and Adrian is too!! I like both of these guys so maybe i will alternate each year. Haha!! To keep it fair!! Thank you Diaz Enterprises I know I can trust you guys to do a great job!! I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know!!! **** read more

Adrian and the rest of the team at Diaz Enterprises do a fantastic job. I have used professional CPA's and family accountants to perform my returns in the past, but for the past several years, I have gone here and the results are great. I highly recommend them. read more

I've been using Diaz Enterprises for 3 years now and have nothing but positive reviews. Adrian has assisted me with all my personal & business tax matters. Adrian and his team are very responsive and informative. His services have far exceeded that from my previous experiences with other local tax services!  If you're looking for an honest tax team to help you and be as straight forward as possible then definitely give these guys a shot. read more

My Brother first brought me to Diaz Enterprises when I was a teenager to get my taxes done with my very 1st job. I am now married with a family of my own and I still continue to go. When I first became a client with Diaz Enterprises Rogelio Sr did my taxes... soon my parents started coming along with me. Rogelio helped my parents with his generous heart.... and we miss him dearly as he has Gone to be with the Lord. However the standard for Honest, Caring, Hardworking service has been passed down to His Sons Roger and Adrian as they continue the family Business. I cant say enough good things about Diaz Enterprises. Did I mention I travel from Riverside to Santa Ana every year to have Adrian do my taxes? My Father also continues to go to Adrian for his taxes traveling from Riverside to Santa Ana as well. Yes its true! Two other times I have tried other places and I found errors in their preparation. I go were I trust the work, and its worth the drive on the 91fwy to get my taxes done with Diaz Enterprises. read more

Place is really professional they help you all year round Ive been going with Edgar Diaz about 7 years now he is very knowledgable and friendly. Place just got remodeled and looks awesome. read more

This place was great! I waited until the last minute, like always, to do my taxes this year, and I got back more money than I ever had before. It was extremely busy, but I was in and out in no time. Apparently, it's a family owned business that's been aroung for over 30 years. Who would have known that they're right in my neighborhhod and I never knew. I got my refund in 2 weeks and the cost was way less than where I went before, which was H&R Block. They had charged me over $150! I will go back again next year read more

I was recommended by one of my co-workers to use Diaz enterprise. She said she usually sees Adrian but Edgar is good to and wow she was right. He always communicates with me while he is filing my taxes and he makes me feel very comfortable. Edgar has filed my taxes for me for over the last four years now and the amount they charge for the filing is allot less than what HR block charges. The wait is a little long but they are worth the wait. I would definitely recommended Diaz Enterprise to anyone that expect great and accurate service. read more
