    Fraud , after cash , no matter if she take your insurance...save your time.find another clinic , holistic is not for everyone.

    This has been the most horrendous experience I've ever encountered in my entire life. Shawn is…read moreunequivocally the most unprofessional individual I have ever met. She's rude, has an exceptionally short temper, and is incredibly dismissive. Upon my first visit to this clinic, I arrived on time and walked right up to the front window. Shawn was preoccupied with the computer and was actively having a conversation on her cell phone through a black earpiece in her left ear. The lobby was so quiet that I could physically hear her talking, which is a blatant HIPAA violation. She was typing on the computer while talking on the phone and discussing patients' personal information, including names, dates of birth, types of insurance, and reasons for their visits. This level of exposure is unacceptable and deeply concerning. I chose not to interrupt her, but after standing there for five minutes without acknowledgment, I politely said, "Hi, I'm here for my 1:30 appointment." She responded with "obviously," and told me to have a seat, promising to be with me as soon as she could. Her response was a bit unprofessional, but I complied and took a seat. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I noticed other patients arriving and being assisted immediately. I went back to the counter and reminded Shawn of my appointment. She snapped at me, telling me to have a seat again. Throughout this interaction, she continued her phone conversation through the earpiece. Eventually, she handed me an iPad to fill out my information, but when I returned it, she claimed my insurance was inactive. I knew this was incorrect and offered to have my insurance details faxed over from the urgent care I had just visited. She agreed, but even after confirming the fax was sent, she claimed not to have received it. I watched as the urgent care faxed the information again, and I saw it come out of the clinic's fax machine. Yet, when the nurse came to call me back, Shawn insisted I wasn't ready. I explained that I had completed all the necessary paperwork, but she rudely told me to sit down. After an hour of unnecessary waiting, I was finally called back. Despite this terrible experience, I returned to the clinic, hoping it was just an off day for Shawn. Unfortunately, her behavior was just as disappointing the second time. This is unequivocally the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. Shawn's unprofessionalism and disregard for patient confidentiality are beyond unacceptable. However, after bringing this issue to the clinic manager, she went above and beyond to resolve the situation. She was incredibly understanding and efficient in addressing my concerns. She even arranged another appointment for me at a different clinic. Dealing with her has truly been a blessing and turned an otherwise negative experience into a positive one. Thanks to her efforts, I left the clinic satisfied and with restored faith in their service. I truly hope management takes immediate action regarding Shawn. Her behavior is detrimental to the clinic's reputation and poses a serious risk to patient privacy.

As soon as I got into their X-Ray room I was instantly put as ease. The tech was Amazing. So calm and comforting. She assured me that I would have a great experience and that the doctor I was seeing would take excellent care of me. She was right. Thank you Kathryn for being such a great XRAY tech and making my day easier.

This is a large health care practice located on the fifth floor in Suite 500. I have been receiving care here for decades. When my primary care doctor retired, I asked her to leave me in good hands and that she did. My office experience has always been good for my family and I. I never feel rushed and have plenty of time to have a dialogue about all of my health concerns. I am not just a number. The front desk staff, nurses, and formerly the phlebotomist are all so attentive and professional. Unfortunately, the phlebotomy services have now been consolidated to the first floor lab. The staff always works well coordinating my prescription refills with my chosen pharmacy to ensure that I don't run out. The MyChart services is an excellent way to communicate with my doctor. It easily accessible through an app in the palm of my hand. It also contains my lab results, discharge documents and procedure reports. There is valet and plenty of self-parking available. There is also a pharmacy and ATM on the 1st floor.

I sat in this office for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time only to be told that the doctor would not see me due to having "meetings" and was asked if I could stay another 2 hours to be seen by somebody else. Then for the woman to lie and say that she called me to reschedule even though I talked to the other rude young woman at the front desk yesterday regarding my insurance. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will NEVER go into this office again!
