I haven't been seen by Doctor Diane but I have seen by PA Stacey a handful of times and I ended up seeking Hormone Replacement Therapy elsewhere because I wasn't getting it here. Every time I've expressed a concern, it is met with: 'Sign up for our weight loss classes!' or: 'Schedule some sessions with these med-spa machines!' I'm in my 40's, and I'm not an idiot. I know how to lose weight, but my hormones are diminishing and *that* is why calories in / calories out is not working. 'Move more, eat less' doesn't work after Perimenopause sets in. I don't need expensive med-spa machines to vibrate and contract my muscles for me, and I don't need Dieting 101 classes to tell me how to eat and exercise. I *need* these diminished hormones to be replaced so that my body can function optimally. I don't know how this office can be considered a 'menopause specialist' facility if they refuse to provide HRT for patients who are clearly experiencing hardcore Perimenopause and are lacking in progesterone, estrogen & testosterone.

They tell me to go and get pre surgical testing and Clearence thru my primary. Then they call me and say no we'll try for February 21. So I go and get all this testing done. I do all this running around. Get picked with needles only for this office to call me late in the afternoon the day of my surgical pre testing after I already did everything to tell me that Dr Sutter isn't credentialed with my insurance. WHAT? You got to be kidding me. Oh my God. Who in their right mind does that to a patient that needs surgery? Please go elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation and extremely poor excuses for the lack of a better word lack of professionalism and ethical integrity.. They have a zillion of excuses why they operate this office the way they do none of which that are beneficial to their patients. And just for the record I have 20 years as a PSR. I've had multiple scheduling issues with their staff losing my appointment (even though I had a print out of my upcoming appointments), calling to cancel appointments, issues with the billing department, etc. First, I was over billed $800 even though every time I went in I questioned why I still owed money. They never had an answer and the billing department was never available. I continued to pay thinking it was my high deductible plan. After delivering, they called me to tell me they did indeed owe me over $800. After delivering, I had a postpartum appointment four weeks later. I was having small complications and pains postpartum before my appointment and had talked to the nurses several times. When I arrive for my appointment, they state I can't bring my newborn in due to covid. I understand not bringing my toddler or husband, but I have no one during the day to care for my newborn. Most importantly, it's safer for my newborns health to come with me and stay in the car seat than to be watched by someone who hasn't quarantined. What do single mothers or those who don't have family in the area do? I specifically wanted to see my doctor at this appointment, but clearly I couldn't. They said they couldn't work with me and would see me in September when I could find care.. as in me going back to work and sending the baby to daycare. What if my complications had been more serious? What if I was struggling with postpartum depression? Their offices job is to take care of women during and after birth. Sadly, they do not care about women after birth at all. Therefore, after ten years I'll have to look for another doctor.

I was billed an additional office visit for asking about perimenopause and when to expect them to arise and another personal concern. Never again will I answer or have any concerns or questions. So disappointed with this particular visit because when I've had questions in the past-no charge. I feel like I should have stuck with my initial provider. Oh well.
