It took a while to get this, but it turns out, she was over charged over $800. My mother was finally refunded this amount but I was never given an explanation nor an apology, so I have to conclude it was due to incompetency, lack of oversight, and/or possibly fraud.

I get four tanks and no one provided me a tool that was necessary to change the tanks nor did anyone show me how to change the tanks safely. I called Wednesday 29 July 2026 and I still haven't had the wrench delivered or the driver to show me how to change out the tanks for Oxygen in Phoenix Arizona when we've been in 113° weather it is now 754 p.m. Phoenix time. And I still do not have the tool or instructions to do this after making three calls today for an ETA. No one has called me back. You should be ashamed of yourselves Preferred home care you're not helping people you're harming people. I will bring this up to my insurance and my lawyer!
