Im not really sure why it had to happen at the time of my appointment. Sadly, I had to make the difficult decision to put my pet down. I reached out to see if they could offer any leniency with their strict cancellation policy. They had already taken a deposit ($50, if I remember correctly), but then charged me an additional $100 for the cancellation. I tried to explain my situation, but it felt like I was talking to an ai robot person on the phone who kept saying the same thing over and over like a horrible broken record. This kind of response is unfortunately pretty common and probably not surprising. I did find a new friendly psychiatrist who doesn't even have that policy, or atleast after the VERY FIRST TIME. I DIDN'T EVEN MEET ANYONE IN THE OFFICE YET. anyways yeah, i do NOT recommend this place. So thankful there's better out there! :)

She is attentive to any concerns you may have and actively engages in asking questions. The staff members at the office are not rude as some have suggested. Lisa is very busy, but she always responds to calls and maintains a polite demeanor in person. It is important for individuals to understand that she handles phone calls, appointments, and other office tasks. Just like anyone who is busy, she may not greet you with a hearty smile, but if you kindly ask her how she's doing, she invariably responds with a cordial greeting. Dr. Gandhi P.A. He explained Ketamine, how it works differently from other current treatments for major depression. Because Spravato was so recently approved we discussed openly that it could take weeks for insurance to approve any Spravato treatment. We agreed that I would begin treatment with Ketamine infusions and when possible move to the Spravato. Dr. Gajwani assured me that he would work with me and that together we would arrive at a successful treatment. Dr. Gajwani's staff has been helpful, diligent, and patient in getting the paperwork necessary to be submitted for insurance and handled everything. I began Ketamine treatments, everyone went out his and her way to make me comfortable with the treatments and was supportive of the experience. Kwan, who administered the IV's each week was efficient and at the same time very caring and kind. Dr. Gajwani and his assistant are there monitoring my comfort and even being sure my husband, who accompanied me, was comfortable. I sensed a noticeable difference from the first treatment. After getting insurance approval we moved to the Spravato, the nasal spray, the improvement has been unmistakable. I feel like a different person, the depression has lifted, I no longer feel despondent and I am able to deal with the daily challenges that before were incapacitating. I would encourage anyone dealing with depression to meet with Dr. Gajwani, he is caring and works to be sure a treatment is found that meets individual needs.
