A treasure to del Rio, I was in desperate need of a hairstylist for a wedding on very short notice, and Diamond Salon was able to fit me in the same day. From the moment I arrived, my stylist was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident. She cut, dried, and styled my hair in under two hours, and the results were absolutely beautiful. Even more impressive, my hairstyle lasted over 12 hours and looked amazing throughout the entire event. The appointment flew by because she was such a great conversationalist. As an added bonus, she's also a talented artist, and I enjoyed admiring her artwork and current projects while I was there. Overall, I highly recommend Diamond Salon. My stylist was the most memorable part of my visit to Del Rio, and her talent, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional. Diamond is a true professional. She had to fix my hair the first time I went to her from another salon that between the owner and so called stylist had turned my hair from a honey blond to purple!! My color stayed for over 4 months before I needed a touch up. Diamond uses a razor to cut and I am not thrilled it's that. I believe the razor cuts my hair too short. I asked for her to use scissors which she did with no problem. Her cuts lay properly, in my case she leaves my natural waves and curls in place. Diamond works well with someone to achieve their goal so you can recreate the style perfectly when you get home. I am a tough one with the Stars. read more

I also had my brows waxed. Diamond was very meticulous, while being very personable and gregarious.
