I want to thank Diamonds By Dianne for their kindness and help they did for me today. I had a broken locket that my husband gave to me many years ago which I always wore. The locket was very sentimental to me, especially, since my husband has passed away. The hinge and latch were broken and since it was old, I asked that it just be soldered shut so I could continue wearing it. They called me today to say the locket was ready. When I arrived they presented me with my locket that looked NEW. It had a new hinge and clasp and it was beautiful. I was so appreciated and then they told me there was no charge. This is my second time in two years, going to Diamonds by Diane. We have been up north for 2 yrs and are now here permanently. I stopped but this morning and was greeting very kindly by Joy. I had some Pandora charms and bracelets that needed to be cleaning and she was very professional, and kind. I also had two rings that needed cleaning, and examining to make sure the stones were tight. She again, was very professional and using jewelers tools examined both the rings, giving me detailed information about both. I will be returning to this store next week to pick up the cleaned Pandora charms and in the future will continue to visit noting the beautiful jewlery in the cases. Every upset with this store. My step son went to get a promise ring for his GF. Which we paid for on our credit card for him. First off. The original ring was sent to have sized and it was nearly 2 weeks and still hadn't return. So when he went to the store. They should him another ring. it was cheaper than the original. But he liked it more. So he chose that one. We should have received a refund for the difference. This was well over a week ago. My husband called today and was told he couldn't get any refund until after Monday. WOW. we are only talking probably $20 to $25. and we have to wait?! She told my husband "they are too busy for that." REALLY?!! I don't get that. I would not recommend anyone here anymore. read more

Hi Everyone. I'm a vendor and friend to Diamonds By Dianne. Anytime I work with Dianne or Kim it's a pleasure and I find some of the negative reviews extremely harsh on a small business. Dianne is honest and upfront so I can not imagine what some of the negative reviews are about. In regards to Tonya D. review I am very sorry if you felt like you were taken advantage of a mistake on Dianne's part. My sales representative was here during the altercation and told me how aggressive you were being and demeaning from the get go. I was also told that you threatened Dianne and the other employees by sending your husband. None of this sounds reasonable and I am sure you are just upset from your loss and I am sympathetic to that. I think both sides should offer an apology and you (Tonya D) should remove this bad review. Sizing a ring "up" from a small size to a larger size takes extra gold and rhodium, both of which are expensive material. Add labor and the fact that they were two rings does not seem like a bad price especially since it was a family heirloom. I also know that Dianne gives warranty on her repairs so you don't need to worry about any issues moving forward. read more

Would not recommend for Jewelry repair. Had to bring ring back 2 times for the same issue. Ended up not being repaired properly and paid for both repairs and I am right back to square one when I first brought it in. This was not handled in a professional manor. My repairs ended up costing more than ring is worth and stones fell out again. I got screwed read more

I went in and requested an estimate on sizing my mother in laws wedding rings, she gave they to me on her death bed she died two weeks ago, and they told me I had to leave the ring, I never received a call for the estimate so 5 days later I called they couldn't tell me the status. My husband became concerned because these rings are so important to him so he went into the store. They couldn't even tell him where the ring was. They called us later that day once they found them and told us the rings have been sized and that if we want them back we have to pay 120$ for the sizing or they will put them back they way they were and we will be without them for another week. When I asked why they never called us with an estimate and that we never authorized the repair the owner said my apologies for our mistake but you will still have to pay. This is me being generous. Please do not go there. They made a mistake and I am responsible for their mistake and the owner Diane was rude, uncaring, aggressive. Horrible customer service! read more
