Every day is a good day, regardless of temperature, rain or snow, and we got all of those and cold,…read moreto enjoy shooting a match all to benefit our neighbors in need. To coordinate a shoot is a very daunting task, it takes a lot of people's efforts to make it a success. First we need a facility to hold such a match, well Illumined Arms donated their fantastic facility for shooters to compete and the assistance of their staff to insure the facility is available for holding the event , then all the sponsors to advertise and staff, Battleborn group, Vet Mech Arms and the Lyon County Sheriff's department staff to run and insure this event went smoothly. We also had a late sponsor by Anderson renewal windows to support such a worthy cause. All this for supporting our neighbors in need of support with our donations. This was a turkey shoot after all, so turkey's were of course the prize to the top shooters. From what I observed, everyone left with smiles on their faces, satisfied knowing we were doing this for a very worthy cause and we all participated in a safe event.

Most of the building they were in looked abandoned, the parking lot held a neat collection of…read morevehicles, and they had the worst elevator I have ever seen. After following some signs, I came to the "shop" but it was more like buying guns on GTA , ammo was on the ground, guns were on pathetic shelving,. It's like they tried their best to start a business with what they could cobble together off of things they bought off of Facebook marketplace. Prices were meh, I almost wonder if the staff was nothing more than a confederacy of gun bros that got fired from other shops.
