The grilled salmon was cooked perfectly, and every bite was delicious. All of the staff members provided top-notch customer service and were incredibly friendly (special shoutout to Rick, Molly, & Andy) I enjoyed my experience so much that I went back that same evening with a friend, and he loved it too. He even returned a few days later with a group of his own friends. The general manager truly runs a tight ship and it shows in how well everything flows. There is even a little vehicle in the parking lot that will give you a ride to the door, which I thought was such a nice touch. The place is huge, with plenty of TVs for watching sporting events, pool tables, and a nice outdoor area for smokers. The atmosphere is professional yet laid-back and very inviting. It is the perfect spot to bring a group of people for a fun afternoon or evening. The Ritz stays lively any time of day. It is also super close to Hobby Airport, making it a great place to stop for a bite to eat and a drink before or after a flight. Thank you, Ritz, for such a great experience.
