There was a concern was brought to my attention by the hygienist and the dentist did not address it until I asked when she was about to leave. A children's dentist should be more conciencous of wait times especially for children under 2.

Rather than taking accountability for the conduct described, the owner attempted to dismiss the incident by characterizing the use of an unclean towel as a mere "misunderstanding." Such a response is deeply troubling and reflects a lack of transparency and responsibility. The issue was not a misunderstanding. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed. At that point, my sister no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing the service because she had lost confidence in the technician's judgment, professionalism, and hygiene practices. What is most disappointing is the owner's response afterward. Rather than addressing the matter with empathy or accountability, the response came across as passive aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. The owner failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the conduct and instead appeared more concerned with deflecting responsibility than resolving the issue appropriately. Consumers have a right to know how concerns regarding sanitation, customer treatment, and professionalism are handled at this establishment. Based on this experience and the owner's response, I no longer have confidence in the integrity or management of this business.

I recently was involved in an accident that cost me two teeth and left me scared and uncertain where to go. When I called the office of Diamond Bar Dental to ask about what they could do for me, they immediately scheduled me for the very same day and promised that I'd leave with a functioning replacement. Upon my arrival I was greeted with some of the friendliest and most compassionate service that I have encountered in any industry. Through their sheer empathy, I felt much of my worries for the future fade to the background. After filling out some paper work, they quickly got me in for prepping and continually assured me that things were going to get better. They did not sugar coat the experience, they told me up front what to expect, which was a long and delicate process. They were very understanding when I needed a break from the operation to make some calls or just collect myself, and their understanding helped me to get through that first night in a way I didn't think possible. Not only was Dr. Salem a wonderful professional, her bedside manner is second-to-none and I fully place my speedy recovery, both physically and mentally, as a result of her efficiency, compassion, capability, and patience. The accident was one of the worst things to happen to me, but the service that I received following was greater than I could have ever hoped to recieve. Where to start!!!!! The STAFF!!!!!!! I absolutely love love love the staff from Whitney the Office manager, Lauren (front staff) to Dr. Fajardo and the back staff Lexi and Rihanna. I haven't been to the dentist in years because I am scared of the Dentist (yes i am a chicken). When I walked in the door the front staff was very welcoming and comforting, I couldn't stop laughing. When I was seated in the dental chair, I was instantly greeted by Dr. Fajardo; she made me feel very comfortable. She did her exam and explained all the treatment I needed due to the lack of coming frequently for my check ups. She explained the treatment very well so I knew what needed to be done to save my teeth and have better oral care. She made me feel very confident in deciding to take that next step. The girls were very considerate when it came to finances and were able to set up a finance plan to help budget in the treatment i needed (dental work is not cheap). Dr. John did an amazing job on my teeth. His work is extraordinary and his experience and talent in creating perfect smile is evident in his work. I have had numerous procedures done and he always does a fascinating job. My recent procedure was filling in a gap that had developed over the last year in between my 2 front teeth. Couldn't be happier. I had to have a couple fillings redone that that were acceptable, but not the best. He took pictures along the way to show me the before and afters and I can attest that he takes pride in his work. He's a perfectionist, which means he may diagnose a few more fillings than your average dentist, but as a dentist myself, I would agree that all the fillings diagnose were valid and needed to be done (even if it was a small problem) and the result was something much better after. I'll be back for any other dental work.

Recently, one of my implant teeth became swollen, and they were able to schedule me right away--even offering a same-day appointment before they closed. For urgent situations, they really do their best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. Dr. Joseph's technique is still incredibly professional and gentle, and the treatment was done with very minimal pain. His skills are truly outstanding! The front desk staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I've recommended many friends and clients to this clinic, and everyone has had excellent experiences!
