THEN instead of reversing the transaction, or cancelling the transaction just added $630 to the NEGATIVE BALANCE. We didn't find this out until we were at Walmart trying to check out at 830 at night (trying to buy groceries and dog food as we were out of dog food for 2 of our dogs) and our card kept getting declined. We went to the ATM to try and pull money out (as we KNEW we had way more than enough to buy $62 worth of groceries and dog food). And on top of that, Bank OZK doesn't have a 24/7 customer service call number, so now we have wait until the morning to go to a completely different branch bc this one is closed on Saturday's to have this rectified. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I get that mistakes happen. BUT FIX IT THE CORRECT WAY. AND JUST TELL US. Tell us you made a mistake and that you need a few minutes to fix it. I wish I knew the tellers name. But we are beyond pissed off right now. I seriously hope when we go into a branch tomorrow they are able to rectify this situation.
