Another place that cut keys tried 3 times to cut them for me but none of them fit so they refunded my money and I went to Action Locksmiths. I told the technician that the key was hard to cut for some unknown reason and the first time he copied it for me, it did not work at all. So I went back to them and and Greg said that, if I was okay with it, he would like to make me every possibilty for that key. He said if that didn't work, I would need to bring in the lock. He spent 30 minutes and cut me 6 possible options for the key. One of them worked so I went back and he made the other 3 copies. All of this for slightly more then $12. In my opinion, this was superior service and I couldn't be more satisfied. Go to Action Locksmith's for professional, reasonably priced lock and key solutions!

I called and the man who answered was friendly and courteous. He asked me to hold while he checked to see if he carried the key blank required to cut the spare I needed. He came back and said yep I've got one. I live Downtown so it was a bit of a trek but No problem at all to find. NB on gateway blvd on the east side of the road. He was running late and contacted me to let me know. He is very professional and thorough in setting up the keyless entry. He made sure I was comfortable with it, that the deadbolt aligned well with the frame and that it worked perfectly. Installation was about 15 minutes.
