It's more like an avocado cream. It seems that the cuisine is more adapted to please a German/American palate rather than offering real Mexican food. Given the location I understand that. The guacamole was decent and my husband ordered the barbacoa which I tasted and I liked it better than my tacos. I won't go back, I am very sorry but it wasn't for me.
