She was the absolute worst to respond and was not transparent in her practice. In her practice she requires that patients conduct random drug screening and instructs us to literally count pills in front of her. She sent my medication to the wrong address and only gave me 5 pills when I explained to her I needed a full supply, and did not explain cost estimates. She does not respond to the Grow Therapy text chat or her email address and is impossible to reach. Ditto to David H.'s experience.

Dr Z Nzelle Mayeba is the Doctor that's extremely hard to communicate because of her accent and limited English. She try's to take charge of any conversation.. interrupting you in the middle of a sentence. She's always made me feel very uncomfortable. . She's also not at all reliable. When the flood came to Morganton, her office office was flooded so she Started seeing me virtually. She saw me once last month online.. She wanted me to go to the hospital to have tests done and she set up an appointment for a specific day and time after that for me to meet with her virtually.This was supposed to be on Nov. 19th 2024. On this day She supposed to sent me a text and do a virtual meeting on that date and time but she failed to do so. I never heard anything from her. I tried on numerous occasions since then to contact her, left her several messages, without any response. It's been several days now and I still haven't heard from her or her office. The medication that I'm on requires monthly refills and can be life-threatening to me without having it. This Doctor is aware of this. I ran out three days ago and now stuck with finding a new doctor That can see me fast for my many medical problems. She's left me hanging for the last time. She's definitely the worst Doctor that I've ever seen by far. . I'll never ever go back to Dr.Z Nzelle Mayeba Or faith primary care ever again. There's so many better doctors in the Morganton area to have to deal with this uncalled behavior from a so called Doctor that doesn't even act like a real Doctor.

In my case, I wanted more of a chiropractic experience: back & neck cracking, cupping, pain relief, etc! Instead; I was given "tens-unit therapy" for 15 minutes (tens unit pad on my back, sitting in office lounge) & 10 minutes of "red light therapy" (laying under a red light, on a massage table face down). This is a wonderful practice and has helped many people; continuing to expand their studies and skills including weight loss therapy, etc... I, personally, just did not feel this was the experience I needed when seeking chiropractic assistance. But recommended, if looking for alternatives to cracking/chiropractic treatments!
