Singularly the worst company in the entire German nation. We shipped a small package with a a special orthopedic pillow in it - DHL Paket to the United States. Deutsche Post, the German National Postal Service runs DHL Paket - the workers stole the package - fine, upstanding German people. And this is the country that produced BMW and Mercedes? Unimaginable. We filed a claim and 4 months later, they paid out (after pointing out that the item had lost 40% of its value since 2014). We were lucky just to have the receipt still in our possession. A real blemish on an otherwise fine country. read more
