Painfully dishonest and lazy- claimed on three occasions that they'd attempted to deliver a package ( but didn't) -on the last occasion claiming I'd signed for it ( but declined to offer proof). Incidentally , this couldn't have happened, as I was at work. Never left a card. Strongly believe my package was "delivered" into a bin. Customer services then went on to blame me. A dire effort, that casts shade on every courier. read more

Liars that refuse to deliver parcels and make me do it myself. 3rd time having huge issues with them and they have never once delivered a single item to me hassle free. None of the 3 times this has happened in the past have customer support responded to me. Either disconnecting me when I call, ignoring emails, and ignoring all social media attempts at reaching them. Terrible, slow service that simply does not care for the customer. Avoid at all costs. read more

I booked a collection for last Tuesday between 4.30 to 7.30pm, no one showed up and didn't receive a text or phone call to let me know that the collection wasn't going to happen. I called the following day and the lady on the phone didn't know why the driver didn't show up. I booked another collection for Thursday at the same time (it's the only time good for me because I work) and again, no one showed up!! I called on Thursday evening and the girl on the phone told me that collections after 4pm don't happen, even though you have the option to book that time slot!! and when I asked why no one let me know, she said: "drivers don't bother"... really??? DHL Express is very disrespectful!!! Wasting my time and no explanations whatsoever!!! Because I already paid, I booked another collection for today (Monday) in the morning, and guess what?? no one showed up! My parcel is boxes for humanitarian aids (and they know it), so elderly people will have to wait longer to receive the vitamins and other medical supplies they desperate need thanks to DHL.
