They had ample cashiers as well as self check out. The people here were very friendly. This is a complete opposite of my 'local' HD in Florida City, FL. The parking lot was very clean. There were no men looking for work hanging out here. Super easy visit to this HD. The one in Florida City, Florida could learn from this HD!

El peor servicio de mi vida/ The worse service I ever had…read more Today March 7th of 2019 I went to the Home Depot Cancun. I bought a chandelier yesterday, a washer and dryer, and six beach chairs. First time I went there, I ordered a washer and dryer in January. It was supposed to take two to four weeks. Instead it took almost six weeks because they didn't receive all the pieces on time or at once. Second time I went there, it took them more than one hour to find the chandelier I was buying. Even one of the representatives mentioned that the previous representative just forgot and never looked for my item. It took them over one hour to get me what I wanted. Quick note: we ordered the beach chairs and were supposed to arrive February 26th. They didn't. They never called. They never emailed. So I called them and they put me on hold for over one hour while the represtative was flirting with a coworker. I had to ask him several times if he remembered that I was in hold. Third time (today) I went to the store, I was supposed to pick up the washer and dryer, and pick up the beach chairs that we ordered online. Because they didn't get the chairs the day they were supposed to, I had to go and pick them up myself because the guy who we asked to do so wasn't available. They refused to hand me that chairs I ordered. I asked to speak with a manager and he didn't help. Instead he lied to my face by saying that the guy who was supposed to pick up the chairs for me came earlier and he didn't have space in his truck. The Manager name is José Angel Tochihuitl Soriano. "HE IS A LIAR". Plus one of his associates I asked for help with synthetic grass and he gave me a terrible attitude when I asked for pricing and how the process was handled. All this process took them more than two hours. Next time you go there remember this: They won't help you. They will be rude. They will ignore you. They will lie to you. Home Depot Cancun doesn't even deserve one star review. I'm so ashamed to call myself Mexican when I saw another Mexican representing me and my people that poorly.
