Darrell is the man! He picked up the phone right away, amazingly came right over to check out my panel. We were having flickering in our lights after installing some new I.T. equipment that was drawing too much power. After assessing the situation, Darrel came back a few days later and ran a new dedicated line for me from the master panel to a closet in the middle of my house where the new equipment was. I found Darell on yelp thanks to the positive reviews and he really was great! We had a small electrical fire because of our aluminum wiring. He found that the copper pig tailing done by another electrician that we hired was not done properly in the 1 outlet (something about 15 and 20 amps both going to the outlet). He went through and did a bunch of tests and tried to educate me on how our house is wired and what he was seeing and doing. I have already passed his contact information along to a couple of friends and will highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician. I needed an electrician to add lights to two newly built patios. I found Darell from Yelp and gave him a call. He called me back the same day and was very nice. We set up an appointment and he was on time. He was easy to talk to, gave suggestions for lighting projects, helpful ordering all materials, knowledgeable and honest person. He worked at my house for 2 1/2 days doing patio lights. I love, love , love all the work he has done and the lights work excellent. The switches are easy to use and we had dimmers put on too (which I didn't know you could do for outside patio lights). My backyard looks so awesome at night thanks to Darell!! We have been wanting to do something with the backyard lighting before we had new patios built. I just went with Darell's suggestions on how many lights were needed and placement. He would always check with me beforehand to make sure the setup on the lights was what I wanted before going further with final install for each area on patios. He even emailed me a picture and description of the timer to see if it was the one we wanted. He showed up on time with the proper timer and then took the time to set it for us and for most people this requires an advanced degree in engineering to understand.
