The property mgr Andrea is never around. They aren't paying people to plow parking lot (13 people…read moregot stuck in lot). She tells tenants business. She has tenants serve fake eviction notices. She bans former tenants for nothing. She takes the word of others. She has her kids in the clubhouse/ office everyday. The insulation sucks, plumbing sucks, mold in every room and each bldg still has bugs (bed and cockroaches) Yes she knows about all of that

Came up from Florida to escape hurricane Irma and checked into one of SunSet Cove's newly…read morerenovated corporate housing units for two weeks. This was being renovated to become their new 1 bedroom model. Unit was lovely . It was like brand new. It featured a freshly painted new kitchen, new bath, new wood floors, new doors , The employee's and contractors could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The location was superb. It was on the Main Street offering easy access to all our commercial needs.
