I enjoy getting a drink occasionally from Agua Cabana on the second floor, and the perfect mall snack is an Açaí bowl from Bearies on the first floor. My favorite stores include - Pop Mart, Box Lunch, Sephora, Bath & Body Works, Miniso, Hot Topic, Hollister, Old Navy, Journey's & Sophi's Cosmetics. It's a smaller mall but it's local & always a solid place for a hang out. There is also many on site restaurants that I enjoy such as Yard House, LongHorn Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen & Red Robins. There is also an Escapology located here outside the mall which is great as an interactive experience. The workers I've encountered here are typically very friendly & the mall is kept very clean.

The Westfield Topanga mall actually has a huge indoor mall and an outside village area with another…read more50 shops or so. It is beautiful and has a lot of upscale stores, two food courts, and lots of specialty stores as well. It has a Nordstrom and Macy's. I believe the Neiman Marcus store closed. They feature places like Balenciaga, Prada, Gucci, and Boss, and have shops like Honey Birdette and Laderach chocolates. The mall is really beautiful with a lot of indoor lighting and is mostly two levels, but has a movie theater on a third level. We did not make it to the village across the street, but it is supposed to be really nice as well. This is a top mall in SoCal and worth checking out even if you just want to get some exercise and shop. We ate at the massis kabob for lunch. Great gyros plates. I believe the main food court is being renovated and some of the eateries closed, but like I mentioned earlier they added an additional food court. Very impressive mall. 5 star mall all the way.

They are opening a Kalaveras soon but there still a kids play area, Boiling pot, TMobile, dumplings place and Supercuts. This plaza does not get busy so there a lot of parking spots to choose from. I was here today because my wife came to the Cozy Massage place so I also took the time to visit Guitar Center and TMobile store as well. I already ate at the Boiling Pot place here before so I was aware of the plaza.

It is walkable, bikeable and public transportation is available. Hiking trails nearby. As well as churches, medical clinics like Facey and Kaiser Permanente are conveniently located. Anchor tenants include SteinMart, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Sprouts, RiteAid, and Petco. There are lots of smaller stores for other needs. Unbelievably, there is only one available space. Seems rare, when many malls are struggling against the Amazon Effect. Need food on the run? You can pick between Freebirds World Burrito, Starbucks, Zankou Chicken, Presto Pasta, Pick Up Stix, and others. Jamba Juice is currently doing a build out for a new location. Since there's not a SteinMart closer, I stop by here from time to time. Our grandson will be going to high school nearby, so we'll be here more often in the future.

It got better than before so there are more open spots now. So far I visited Bon Bon Tea House, Ubatuba, Pho 22, Micheladas Mex Grill and Hanoo Kalbi. I had great experience at all the places and wouldn't know which place is the main attraction here. Bon Bon Tea House is pretty popular and I think the Korean BBQ Hanoo Kalbi. There also a tanning place and massage as well here. There used to be an ice cream place but Cafe 86 took over the spot.

But I also visited the movie theater here which is outdated, AutoZone and Baskin Robbins that is on the other side of the plaza as well. There also a Salvation Army here so you can go donate things. Fatburger used to be here but it's gone now. Sushi Raw and Panera Bread is still open but I haven't visit those places yet. There was plans to redo the whole plaza where a Home Depot was going to take over the movie theater area but so far nothing has happen yet. There also a lot of parking here as well so there shouldn't be any issues finding a spot but the pavement isn't in the best of shape.

I feel like most people come here for Costco, and then maybe just walk around. There just isn't enough there to draw its own crowds. All of that is to say, I really wish this place had more of a draw. It's a beautiful space that is maintained very well. There's plenty of parking (though it is paid which is a shame) and it's a great location. I want this place to succeed and be a draw. But they just need to find a way to attract good businesses and give them rent that justifies keeping them around, growing a customer base that will come back and then spill in to the other businesses there. All the pieces to a great outdoor shopping center in the West Valley. they just need to figure out how to get them all to come together.
