I enjoy getting a drink occasionally from Agua Cabana on the second floor, and the perfect mall snack is an Açaí bowl from Bearies on the first floor. My favorite stores include - Pop Mart, Box Lunch, Sephora, Bath & Body Works, Miniso, Hot Topic, Hollister, Old Navy, Journey's & Sophi's Cosmetics. It's a smaller mall but it's local & always a solid place for a hang out. There is also many on site restaurants that I enjoy such as Yard House, LongHorn Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen & Red Robins. There is also an Escapology located here outside the mall which is great as an interactive experience. The workers I've encountered here are typically very friendly & the mall is kept very clean.

It's a smaller mall compared to others nearby which tends to have more stores. If I'm here it's for either one or two stores or to just walk around to see what there is available. This visit was for something simple that needed to be done. Which I knew that they had a certain store. Surprising it was pretty busy for a Monday. Mind you it was a holiday and kids are off of school. But to see this place pretty lively was amazing. Each visit, tends to alway be pretty mellow. The stores aren't quite the same as they used to be. Loads of the stores that once thrive have faded away. But something new would takes its place. Hopefully they'll last for some time. I did noticed that the food court does seem to have some interesting vendors. Plus there's a new Panini Cafe at the old Red Robbin's location. It's quite big which I was surprised to see walking in today. They have both an indoor patio as well an outdoor patio. The mall isn't what it used to be. The bigger chain stores have gone or either went out of business. Macys is still there which I'm quite surprised. Regardless, people are still going to be buying whether it be a new store or an old one.

Wow, their "Topanga Social" food court is so freakin' cool, a whole separate vibe from the rest of the mall with dim lighting, neon signs, there is live music there at night on the weekends, such a great place for your boys, crew, families, and especially date nights. A fun time for all, I would highly recommend!

If I hadn't been eating here over the weekend, I would never have known this shopping center rivals the best of the best on the West Coast! It is huge and has all the upscale stores I love including Bulgari, Celine, Ferragamo, Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms, Prada, Maje, Sandro, St. John, just to name a few! There are dozens more. I cannot imagine a broader range because there are also my old standbys like Macy's and H&M. There is even a Target, for heaven's sake. The interior of the mall is spacious with soaring ceilings that flood it with light. There is extensive parking and there are all kinds of activities and refreshment venues, for dining indoors and out. The kids will love it, your picky teenage girl will be thrilled, and you will be bathed in the luxury of hours of window shopping, for free. What more could we ask?

They are opening a Kalaveras soon but there still a kids play area, Boiling pot, TMobile, dumplings place and Supercuts. This plaza does not get busy so there a lot of parking spots to choose from. I was here today because my wife came to the Cozy Massage place so I also took the time to visit Guitar Center and TMobile store as well. I already ate at the Boiling Pot place here before so I was aware of the plaza.

This is a multi - tenant retail property that is anchored by Walmart and a broad mix of dining, services and chain stores. It serves the neighboring community. Plenty of parking lots. It is walkable, bikeable and public transportation is available. Hiking trails nearby. As well as churches, medical clinics like Facey and Kaiser Permanente are conveniently located. This village has a lot of other stores too like Burlington, HomeGoodsand etc. I visited the Habit Burger, FedEx, Pesto Pasta, Starbucks and Sprouts before as well. There a lot of parking here so you should be able to find a spot.

Anchor tenants include SteinMart, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Sprouts, RiteAid, and Petco. There are lots of smaller stores for other needs. Unbelievably, there is only one available space. Seems rare, when many malls are struggling against the Amazon Effect. Need food on the run? You can pick between Freebirds World Burrito, Starbucks, Zankou Chicken, Presto Pasta, Pick Up Stix, and others. Jamba Juice is currently doing a build out for a new location. Since there's not a SteinMart closer, I stop by here from time to time. Our grandson will be going to high school nearby, so we'll be here more often in the future.

It got better than before so there are more open spots now. So far I visited Bon Bon Tea House, Ubatuba, Pho 22, Micheladas Mex Grill and Hanoo Kalbi. I had great experience at all the places and wouldn't know which place is the main attraction here. Bon Bon Tea House is pretty popular and I think the Korean BBQ Hanoo Kalbi. There also a tanning place and massage as well here. There used to be an ice cream place but Cafe 86 took over the spot.

There also a Chipotle, Subway, California Chicken Cafe and Panda Express here as well. There tons of options for college students or just regular guest to choose from.

I been coming here for a while, usually to visit Ralphs or going to eat at Pho So 1. But I also visited the movie theater here which is outdated, AutoZone and Baskin Robbins that is on the other side of the plaza as well. There also a Salvation Army here so you can go donate things. Fatburger used to be here but it's gone now. Sushi Raw and Panera Bread is still open but I haven't visit those places yet. There was plans to redo the whole plaza where a Home Depot was going to take over the movie theater area but so far nothing has happen yet. There also a lot of parking here as well so there shouldn't be any issues finding a spot but the pavement isn't in the best of shape.

I've been coming to the village for years. I have always just parked, popped out, gotten what I…read moreneeded, and got back in my car. I'm not wanting to linger, I've got other things to do. Today I ran into SusieCakes and was in there for literally less than five minutes. When I came back out, this was on my windshield. There was a man going down and ticketing every single car there. I pointed to the food, pick up sign in front of my spot and he said that that sign does not apply to the spot I was in and then pointed to a sign further away, saying that you need to pay to park for 90 minutes. I have never paid to park here! I will definitely not be returning to patronize any of the business here going forward!
