Mr Eller doesn't seem to have a physical office anywhere, only digital presence by phone or email. He additionally lists a mailing address 539 W. Commerce St, Suite 1386, Dallas, Texas in court documents, but it appears this address may be part of the Regus virual rent-an-address for $$ a day scheme. He also claims to office in Durrant, OK, but no actual office address is found. Maybe people had to work virtually during the Covid lockdown, but when planning or handling your estate affairs or addressing the death of a loved one, or needing to drop off a document or sign something with a real penned or wet signature, this virtual office stuff should be a Big Red Flag! If I can't find him at any physical office, my personal opinion is AVOID HIM.

I had just lost my mother and needed a five minute timeframe to ask one question regarding the need for probate help. I was referred from the downstairs bank to this law office to ask this question. The bank told me the law firm upstairs, which is McAlister, McAlister and Nicklas would be able to answer my question because the bank could not answer it. I advised the receptionist of this law office upfront that I had just one question and shared with her the question after she asked me what it was. She was not compassionate about the loss of my mother at all and told me it would cost $350 to ask the question and that no one was there for me to ask. I told her someone could call me but she again, reminded me it would $350 as well as a retainer fee. I understood needing to charge, what I don't understand is the reply she gave to me after I shared my question with her and my reply to her asking for $350 up front. Her reply was this: "a doctor would not see you for free so why would you expect a lawyer to see you for free". I left there and cried. I just needed to ask a question and probably would have retained their services. Needless to say, I retained another lawyer's service who gave me the time to ask the question. That lawyer is now doing a lot of work for me. McAlister, McAlister and Nicklas' receptionist reflects the entire business practice because they are the ones who trained her to talk to me the way she did with zero compassion. I would never and I would think no one would want to work with uncompassionate people like what I experienced here. Truly, it's hard to give even one star.

Her client came to her for a change in his trust. After his large retainer was deposited, she did that eventually. But she insisted on being named the Trustee or Executor. Her client is far too trusting of certain people. She took advantage of him. When he asked for a referral for his divorce, she decided to take that on too. She said she's had experience in family law. (I groaned upon hearing that). That's when the problems started. This was an international divorce. It took 18 days for her to file the paperwork at the court once her client signed the documents. That was the last time her firm filed with the court (Jan. 2024) . She received the proof service sometime in April- June 2024 AND NEVER FILED IT! We began calling her and we only spoke to her employees. I have called so many times. Her client has repeatedly demanded information and updates. I told him to hire someone else. She OWES Him thousands back for what little work she did. She has never sent a bill or anything and just took his money for the divorce AND failed. Excuses were given to us. Then when her client hired a new attorney, he and his new client (my family member) demanded all of the paperwork and for her to formally recuse herself from the case. AND SHE NEVER DID. She did nothing. We asked for the paperwork to be sent to her former client and for the retainer back. Then they screwed him and HE had to go into their office only to have KB's husband hand him the paperwork. This is when we saw that SHE HAD THE PROOF OF SERVICE FOR OVER SIX MONTHS. That is the most important document needed to proceed with the divorce. He had to drive there in the winter, thank you very much, KB for NOTHING. She is the most unprofessional attorney in the state of Oklahoma. DO NOT HIRE HER. Now that her former client is FINALLY DIVORCED (18 months after the initial filing- July 2025 - lost a year thanks to her!). Thanks to his new attorney, he filed a formal complaint with the bar association. She clearly doesn't care about her clients, and won't face them herself when SHE FAILED SO MISERABLY. DO NOT HIRE HER!

I called the court house and they have no documentation of them. She took my money and didn't do a single thing. She also stated in a court document that she refunded all of us our money after I and several other people had to file complaints against her. I haven't received a dime from them and can't get them to call me back. Do yourself a favor and find someone else! I trusted her with the only money I had left and she took it all and did who knows what with it! I'm getting screwed by my family and then my attorney! What a damn joke.
