There were several follow ups from the staff prior to the party and the owner Cory even went over parking accommodations and requested that we let the neighbors know that the gaming trailer would be parked on the block for several hours so it would not inconvenience anyone (very considerate)! Two game coaches arrived early and set up within 10 minutes. They went over all of the rules with the guest, gave our son a bag of goodies then let us (the birthday boy, mom & dad) go on board to check out the trailer to make sure it was up to our standards (and it was definitely up to our standards)! Our son had about 16 friends come to his party and they had a blast! They all enjoyed three and a half hours of gaming and virtual reality in comfortable, air conditioned state-of-the-art accommodations and we topped it off with cake, ice cream and a bag full of goodies for everyone! I asked for a quote for an 80-person wedding in Mint Hill--only 41 minutes away--and they flat-out refused, hiding behind a flimsy excuse about being 'outside their delivery radius.' When I called for clarity, I was met with rudeness and then pushed to the owner, who was slick, dishonest, and showed zero care or interest in our wedding. And please know this: if your wedding is in October of any year, and it's outside their tiny 20-minute delivery radius, you are not welcome, and they could care less. It's clear they'd rather hoard their inventory for bigger jobs during busy season than actually help couples on their big day. They don't care about your wedding, your time, or your trust. If you value honesty, professionalism, or basic respect, do not even consider this place.
