First time hearing about this place. It's close to Hmart and it has mochi donut. First off , i want to say that coming from a different state, the mochi donuts here are bigger then the one i get from home. They have different flavors depending on the days. I try the ube, red velvet, black sesame with matcha drizzle, s'mores, strawberry shortcake and regular glaze. It was delicious and very soft dough. Definitely will try again! I am in love with the can fresh tea. It is very different and i can enjoy it like a soda. I try out the love potion drink in the can. That was really good. My first time i enjoy it , however i came back the second time. This is a two time visit different days (more like the next day). This second time i got the blue lagoon and devil pop. They both are really good, i think the mixing of the blue lagoon is very pretty. The drink is just prefect in sweet and lemonade. The topping is already added and you can add more if you want! The mochi donuts are a tasty treat. We love that they are not overly sweet. We have tried a solid number of the drinks and they are delicious. Love potion with boba being our favorite. I would highly recommend one of the potato corn dogs... yummy! All in all great variety and selection. They also have a super cute Photo Booth in the corner. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason I held a star back is I feel it could be a little bit cleaner. I would let this detour anyone from visiting because all in all it's a great and tasty experience. read more

First time I came here the service was amazing. Now the service sucks and just keeps going downhill. I took everyone here, and most recently brought friends from out of town and this may be the last time I come. The girls working we're just talking to each other and we waited forever to get help. There were three girls behind the counter at 1:30pm and we were the only party in the place. Why did everything take forever? We weren't welcomed in. When I asked about flavors she didn't know any answers. On top of that none of the girls were smiling. To top it off in the middle of building our donut box the girl went to put her sweater on and hat and touched all over her hair. Then served us donuts without washing her hands. The photos show the girls who were not very great at customer service. The one in the pink has been rude to us in the past and that's why we rarely come anymore. She was VERY MEAN to my husband when he requested to add something on. He was ready and willing to pay her for it, but she scolded him and said "next time we won't do that". Thankfully someone nicer was there that day and apologized for her behavior. Lastly, please have your screens match what you actually have for the day. Sometimes it's so packed in there and you can only look at the screen, but when you get to the kiosk to pay the ice cream flavors are not the ones on the screen. One star! Deserves less. Never coming here again and I give this place less than a year until they close. Walked in, no other customers inside but now I know why. The girl working(Ashley) was cleaning or do something but instead of saying"one moment I will be right with you", she ignores me; I should of left right then. Then 5 minutes later instead of saying "hi" or anything she says "cash or card". I say card, she says go to the kiosk in her monotone voice. I proceed but very bothered at this point. When it asked for a tip, I declined which I never do but figured if she changed her attitude I would tip her in cash. Nope she looked miserable and angry the whole time and rude. The drinks tasted like only milk. Worst boba tea ever tasted. I spent about $39 and it all went to the trash. Plenty of places that are much better and have tons of options aka happy lemon:). I'm bummed this place is a epic fail but that's what happens when you have employees who have zero personality and can't follow a drink recipe and not trained properly. Came here the first time last year and got a mochi donut and boba and quite enjoyed it but at that time they were focused only on desserts and not the Korean hot dogs. Came here the other day and got the same donut I had last time and it was not edible. They clearly are frying the donuts in the same oil as the Korean hot dogs because it tasted like old corn dog and meat it was disgusting. Super disappointed by this place. TikTok really made this place look like it was worth my money. Right when you walk in the place is a mess. None of the ice creams works so once buying it I had to get refunded for the items they didn't have. All the employee would say is I'm so sorry we don't have this or we don't have that. They don't sell the ice shaved icecream like they advertise it on their website. The most disappointing part was that their website portrays their hot Cheeto cheese stick to look like it was fully covered in hot Cheetos when its only the breading of the cheese stick and the worker only adds a little spoonful on top of Cheetos. I also received the love potion drink which did not look like the picture displayed. It didn't even taste like the flavors in the menu. The taste was sour. I don't know where the owners or supervisors play a part in this establishment when there is only one worker taking orders and making the items while the whole place is messy and unsanitary. There was barely anywhere to sit because the tables were so dirty but why bother the employee when she's running around taking orders and making people's items. The poor woman was all by herself but was super polite to customers although she tried her best to maintain control. Why bother having a window seating area when there's no chairs? They have such unique flavors and variations you can try ranging from their freshly made waffle cones or a boba soft serve to a taiyaki waffle fish. They had flavors that I don't usually find around here like cookie monster pistachio, matcha, and so much more. This place is trendy and the interior definitely pretty. The staff was also so sweet and dedicated to help me decide on a flavor. The ice cream is so smooth without being too sweet and their mochi donuts are so fluffy and chewy at the same time. I've been back a few times now, and so have the friends I have brought with me (all on separate occasions, may I add). Go and check them out! read more

Call my eye was that they serve ice cream and taiyaki, which is the personal favorite of mine. I've only been here once, and I got the cookie monster ice cream with a taiyaki. The taiyaki was okay, and although I did like that the Cookie Monster ice cream, which was supposed to be cookies and cream flavored, was blue, but the ice cream did not have that much taste to it. Somewhat I saw, this place has much more to offer. I definitely saw lots of delicious with emoji donuts, and other kinds of drinks.. So there's some hit or misses on this place. Let's start with the positives cause it's early morning and I'm not about to start this review sounding like a negative Nancy. Mochi donuts were delicious. The Cookie Monster one was super adorbs. The Angel ice cream with the takoyaki? (I think I'm spelling it right?) Fish waffle was good. It's warm so it melts the ice cream quick. Ube and pistachio ice cream was tasty. I really enjoyed the flavors. The place was cute and clean. The people here are super sweet. Low key they looked a Little panicked because a crowd was gathering and the waffle maker was taking forever to make the waffles but they powered through like champs. I waited a little longer cause of it but they were sweet enough to give me an extra donut for waiting! They didn't have to do that but it was sweet of them. Win. Okay quick cons. The self ordering is a good idea but dam....okay some people ordering for themselves isn't a good idea. Let's be honest. People need a bit more direction in figuring out how to order and pay (even with IPhones- you can't let a lot of people fend for themselves lol- watching the struggle bus was real last night) plus it just creates a bottle neck effect and unnecessary clustering. Oh and the matcha tea and strawberry tea drink. Do NOT order this. I just saw another reviewer say her opinion on the matter. It's not good and we literally just threw the entire thing away. Devishly sweet and angelically deceiving... okay I'm being a little dramatic but here's my honest review: good donuts because of aesthetic, but they lack the toasty mochi flavor I usually pick up when eating mochi donuts. But the drink... we got a strawberry matcha tea with boba and it was awfully sweet... to the point where the syrup feels like it's coating every sip you take. And don't act surprised when I tell you there's syrup in a lot of boba drinks- it's what makes it good! But this place has yet to master combining it into a well rounded drink. The boba was a little undercooked and bitter. Despite this being a matcha mixed drink, all I could taste was the thick strawberry syrup in every sip, it threw me off. TLDR: overly sweet drink and 7/10 donuts. What they did well though is having a kiosk system (it could use a bit of direction since I had to direct a customer to it, being a customer myself). Interior is clean and cute. Customer service is phenomenal, very sweet and respectful ladies running the desk. Lack of menu of display though, but it looks like that's what they have coming soon (black screen TVs on display for now). Ice tea lemonades looked interesting and I'm sure kids would love it, but for a boba enthusiast this place just misses unfortunately!
