The buying experience was good but unfortunately, I never received the second set of keys or owner's manual with my purchase. I thought with a 2026 RAM that would be included. I was told that RAM didn't send the extra keys. I guess somehow that's my problem? Defiantly won't be going back if that's the policy. read more

I travelled from Denver to Wood River to buy a truck I had been looking to purchase for months. But between unfair prices, vehicle history, vehicle condition and less than scrupulous sales people I was having a difficult time of it. Aaron was a pleasure to do business with and although I bought the truck and a mechanical problem was discovered when I got back home, Aaron made it right. He refunded my money and arranged to retrieve the truck from me. I wish I could give 5 stars plus, plus to this dealership because they hit all the marks. Honest, trustworthy, pleasant, etc. You can deal with J & B knowing what they say is what they mean. I don't think I would have enjoyed the same happy ending dealing with the car sharks in Denver. It is worth the drive to save some money and deal with good people. Thanks Aaron !
