He can tell you what is behind the walls, what an inspection is likely to surface, where a renovation budget actually goes, and which upgrades hold value on the coast and which do not. At this price point, that judgment matters more than a tour. He is also a musician, which is where his marketing comes from. Instead of a photo set and a walkthrough, Mitchell produces original music and cinematic film for his listings, then distributes that work through SERHANT.'s global network, the most followed brand in real estate. The result is a property that reaches buyers who were not searching for it yet, presented as a life rather than a floor plan. A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Mitchell works most often with relocation buyers, waterfront and gated golf community clients, and sellers of high end coastal property. He has represented homes in Grande Dunes, Mt. Gilead, The Bluffs on the Waterway, and Waterway Palms Plantation, including the highest sale ever recorded in Waterside Pointe at Grande Dunes.
